| Under the market economy environment, some small and medium-sized enterprises get rapid development, they plays an irreplaceable role in China’s economic development. In the meanwhile, some small and medium-sized enterprises’ operators pay too much attention to company performance, as well as be short of information system concept, causing the development of the enterprises’ information systems in the state of far behind. At the same time, Hidden trouble exists in Some of the link of company operation, which directly or indirectly affect the healthy development of the enterprises.This paper focus on the hidden trouble about enterprise information exchange and sharing. According to using the professional knowledge about analysis and design of information system, I analysis and design of transact system in the business of the inner information processing based, and on this basis, complete the programming work for the system.This paper is divided into six main parts. The first part is about the relevant background, meaning and main content, the second part is the review content for the paper; the third part is the content of enterprise office system analysis and design based on information system analysis and design process; the fourth part is about the design and implementation of system; the fifth part is combined with programming content, describes system realization of hardware and software environment and problems and solutions; Finally, the paper summarizes the work, complete conclusion, and add references and acknowledgement, complete the whole paper content.This paper develops a transact system which can apply immediately in the business of the inner information processing based, weeding out current poor efficiency information processing, lagging way for enterprises to provide a convenient, friendly, safety office platform. However, this system is just the prototype of the office system in use, still need to constantly supplement and perfection. |
