Design And Implementation Of Medicine Related Network Public Opinion Monitoring And Early Warning System

With the development of information and network technology, network has become an important source for spreading public opinion of a hot event. Internet public opinion involved of medical event has become an important factor for hospital’s reputation. In nowadays’ complex network environment, for an hospital how to improve the medial service quality, how to improve the ability of crisis management, the questions above are new challenges which hospital have to take them seriously.This thesis based on the characteristics of network public opinion which involved medical events, to study the relevant technology of network public opinion monitoring and early warning theory, and finally construct public opinion monitoring and warning system for medical events in the network cyberspace. The relevant works include the following:the first part of this thesis gave a detail introduction about the products and technologies which are used in this area, and described the technologies which we used and improved for information obtaining, processing, monitoring and early warning for hot medical events in the internet cyberspace during the development of this platform.The second part of this thesis studied the characteristics, origination and development of public opinion involving medical event in the cyberspace on the internet. Based on the above analysis, this part also gave a demand analysis and overall design about this platform.The third part of this thesis focused on the design and implementation of the following modules:data collection and pretreatment module, medical knowledge databases module, medical related topic detection module and medicine related events early warning module.The methods and technologies include topic detection, early warning index system, medical related events early warning model have certain theory reference value for related research. The platform which we developed can monitor public opinions of cyber citizen related medical events, and also this platform can give early warning for upcoming medical related public opinion crisis. All these functions are very useful for hospital to improve public opinion crisis response ability, and can improve the quality of medical services significantly.
