Since the21st century, the rapid development of information technology and networktechnology made their application quickly involved in all areas and levels of the society.Industrial production mode and management mode also changed, and enterprise productionand management information became an important part of the competition.in the currentsocial economy and the process of generation and management. Equipment management is animportant component of enterprise management operation. How to combine equipmentmanagement and information technology to implement the management on differentproperties, different types and different sizes of the equipment information is one of theimportant content of enterprise production and management information. Therefore, to buildgood equipment management system is an indispensable part and the inevitable result,Repair center equipment management system, equipment management most of the work canbe included in the management of a system, so as to strengthen the exchange of information indaily work, realize the sharing of information throughout the company, realize thetracking device status, timely maintenance of equipment, ensure the normal operation of theequipment, ensure the safety of equipment.This paper is to small and medium-sized enterprise equipment management as anexample. Starting from the research background, this paper expounds the developmentbackground of the enterprise equipment management system, as well as a series of benefits ofthe development of enterprise equipment management system. Explains the significance andnecessity of the equipment management system design and implementation. Then combiningwith the present situation and the trend of the domestic equipment management system,illustrates the development space of the enterprise equipment management system. Includingmodeling technology, ASP.NET developers and database technology, the development of adetailed database on behalf of its popular database software were introduced, and introducedthe system of choice for its SQL Server2005database software selection reasons andadvantages. Third through analyzing the instance, understand the enterprise equipmentmanagement system need to deal with the data information and equipment informationinteraction and conclude that the system should have the function of the module. Respectively,from the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system’s feasibility, the three aspects of the system in detail, and make full use of Use Case diagram, assuming avariety of roles in the system users, predictive analysis of their rights and to vary requireddetailed functional situation. Next the system overall design, function module design anddatabase design are introduced in detail. It is implemented of enterprise equipmentmanagement system development work according to the requirements analysis and design.Through a series of tests on the system, the system can exhibit can basically meet therequirements for equipment maintenance center room management system, and after the test,the problems in a timely manner for a revised and improved. In addition, the system fully intoaccount the user’s visual experience, beautifully designed interface, in line with most of theuser’s habits. Through testing, the system basically achieved the pre-conceived and functionalpart of the required system design, test and validate the business process by running thesystem is correct, Finally, make a simple analysis on the existing problems in the system andhow to improve in the future.Base on the UML modeling method to analyze business instances. The equipmentmanagement system is achieved by adopting ASP.NET development technology, using theOracle database for data storage, and using the modern enterprise of remote terminaltechnology. The main function modules of the system are daily affairs management,infrastructure, equipment archives management, check management, failure to declaremanagement, operation management, maintenance management, and report management.Finally, this paper summarizes and outlook, on the one hand for a brief summary of thecontents of the foregoing, on the other hand equipment repair center equipment managementsystem proposed rationalization future development proposals, application modules need tofurther expand in the coming years for the system some part of the need, for example: accessand data transport functions of the system needs to be further improved optimization;automatic backup of data, there are still many problems need to be further improved to ensuredata integrity. Interface operation of the system easy enough, beautiful enough, the systeminterface needs to be optimized in order to accommodate more equipment repair center staffhabits and more beautiful.Future ASP.NET-based equipment maintenance center device management system willbe more security flexibility towards adaptive principles and characteristics of the development,better meet the needs of equipment maintenance center device management.
