Integrated circuit as the core of the electronic industry is already in advance ofthese representative traditional industry, becoming a strong foundation and powerfulengine to transform and pull the traditional industry towards the digital age. Asdomestic IC market growing, this field is also emerged many outstanding enterprises. Inorder to stand out among the intense competition, these enterprises not only should havestrong technical strength, but also cannot ignore the details of anything that can improveproduction efficiency and production patterns. However, equipment maintenancemanagement of IC enterprises is still using the traditional maintenance mode. Asenterprises expand, the production equipment increasing, many problems of the originalmanagement model are emerging.This project build an information management platform with advancedmanagement ideas and methods for IC equipment maintenance rely on network,improving equipment planned maintenance procedure, building a fault maintenancehistorical record library, taking full advantage of today’s advanced mature softwaredevelopment and database technology. Our goal is to improve the work efficiency,equipment maintenance management level and reduce costs.This work is to solve practical problems an IC production enterprise faced to. FirstI rebuilt the maintenance business processes by using IDEF0model. Then I designedthe system through Microsoft SQL Server2005and Microsoft Visual Studio2008. Thesystem uses B/S architecture to design, using the.NET technology platform to develop,and running in the IIS server environment. The system can operate safely and stablythrough lots of tests. Users can handle all the information created from the wholeprocess of equipment failure maintenance and equipment planned maintenance. Theenterprise improved its equipment maintenance management and got good practicaleffect by using this research achievement...
