Along with the rapid development of communication technology, the spectrum resources is becoming more and more tense, how to improve the spectrum efficiency is one of the urgent problems faced by wireless communication system. In recent years, wireless communication opened up a new research area, namely full duplex (CCFD) wireless communication. Just as its name, full duplex wireless communication system is that, receiving and transmitting signals using the same frequency at the same time. Theoretically, compared with FDD system full duplex system can reduce half of the bandwidth, its channel capacity is double compared to the TDD system. Because the transceiver worked at the same frequency and the same time, so the receiver can receive signals transmitted by transmitter, the interference signal is far more powerful than the useful signal. Therefore, the key point to realize full duplex communication is the elimination of the self interference signals.The main research content of this paper is full duplex communication system, including:(1) Introduce self interference cancellation schemes in recent years and analysis the advantages and disadvantages (2) On the basis of self interference cancellation architectures in recent years, this paper proposed new single antenna coupled line coupler eliminates structure and adaptive phase offset structure, in RF domain realize the self interference signal elimination, for its system level simulation based on ADS, and the hardware implementation.(3) Design and implementation of a broadband digital intermediate frequency transceiver for full duplex communication system, including device selection, simulation and PCB board (4) In a multipath condition of laboratory, the radio frequency simulation of self interference cancellation scheme and full duplex communication transceiver carried out a joint test of full duplex communication system. and realize short distance communication indoor multipath conditions in the laboratory (5) Conducted a simulation for digital self interference cancellation based on FIR filter, laid the foundation of digital self interference cancellation for the future.
