As the spectrum resources increasingly tense today, improve the spectrum efficiency is one of the urgent problems in wireless communication field. Full duplex technology as a new type of duplex mode can transmit and receive signal at the same time and same frequency band. Compared with the traditional TDD and FDD mode, it can double the spectrum efficiency. Therefore, it becomes one of the research hotspots both at home and abroad.This article discusses full duplex technology, aims to develop a RF transceiver system which can be used in double antenna scheme of full duplex communication. The center frequency of this system is2.44GHz, bandwidth is80MHz, transmit power is OdBm, receive sensitivity is-70dBm.In the condition of point-to-point transceiver using20MHz,16QAM modulation signal, the test shows that this system can realize synchronic full duplex communication when combined with a self-interference cancellation module, the EVM of receive signal meets the standard requirements of16QAM signal demodulation.The main work of this paper includes:(1) It analyzed the research status of full duplex communication technologies both at home and abroad, and completed the architecture design, link budget, device selection of the RF transceiver system combining with the characteristics of full duplex technology.(2)The performance of the system is verified by simulation using ADS software.(3) It completed the debugging and testing of the prototype of the system, the test results meet the design requirements. And combined with the self-interference cancellation module, the full duplex communication effect is verified by experiment.
