Try From The Transformation Of The Host Cui Yongyuan Hosting Style Transformation Theory

With the development of China’s national conditions, in order to boost ratings, Chinese TV programs have changed from the form, content, ideas to host styles and habits. Therefore, in order to have an enduring program, it’s a must to have a high-quality, unique, creative host to build core competencies, which can be invincible in the fierce competition. However, with the TV program’s marketalization process, we find many hosts’styles are almost same. They blindly imitate without innovation, not to make use of their own advantages to achieve the purpose of program creation. These hosts need to improve urgently. Different types of programs require hosts with different characteristics, so hosts should combine their experience, content and form of the programs to make the best adjustments.Through the study of Cui Yongyuan’s style changes in different programs, this paper tries to summarize the required factors of a host’s successful transition:a host need high quality to gain recognition, understanding and support from the public; and to grasp the full range of his role in programs, to show the audience more exciting; also to constantly improve their language skill, to put emotion into every program, and to pay attention to exchange emotion with the audience, etc.As a host, the richer types and styles programs he can control, the more his personal ability can be comprehensively shown. Furthermore, with more fans from diverse crowds, he can achieve better transition into other programs or channels. In other words, only those owning these conditions can increase their successful transition weights. Therefore, the research conducted in this paper is trying to indicate specific direction for our future work of the host training.
