| The emergence and development of the Internet has changed the world, it haschanged our lives, learning, shopping and entertaining way. Today internet is drivingforward our goals to society ruled by law, a growing concern for the rule of law,coupled with the ease of access to the Internet, the development of the rule of law onthe network news are in full swing. Nevertheless, with the market-oriented mediareforms and the change of the media environment, some problems which baffleddevelopment of Internet legal journalism have been found in Internet legal newsreports. In this study, we researched the current situation and problems that exist inInternet legal news reports in Henan province, and also put forward the developmentproposals. Taking three Henan internet medias’ contents on legal news reports assamples, researched on the current situation of internet legal news reports in Henan.Firstly, the conceptions of legal news reports，internet legal news, internet legalnews reports etc were defined, and the characteristics of Internet legal news reportswere described. Secondly, we detailed analysis the current situation of legal newsreports from the source, communication channels, communicators, audiences andcommunication effects aspects with Lasswell’s5W Model. The results showed thatthere is a tendency for emphasizing on criminal news and despising civil andcommercial news, excessive entertainment and news coverage is not enoughobjective and impartial,and so on. We have come up with an explanation for themwith communication theory. In the end, reasonable improvement strategy anddevelopment directions of internet legal news in Henan were offered. These resultswere hoped to promote the healthy development of internet legal journalism in ourprovince. |
