The Application Research Of Project Human Resource Manag-ement In Higher Vocational Colleges Digital Libraries

In recent years, our country’s higher vocational education gets rapid development, as the important part of higher vocational, higher vocational colleges’ libraries also have carried out the construction of digital libraries. Though the scales, the number of resources in higher vocational colleges’ libraries have a certain gap to be the key institutions, a lot of colleges in key subjects and characteristic specialties have accumulated a large number of literature resources. Digital library is the inexorable trend of library development in the new century, with the deepening of the digital library construction, the university library in the position and role of the school teaching and research will be more and more important.At present, a series of problems in the digital libraries in higher vocational colleges, such as backward idea, personnel quality is not high, the service way backwardness and so on. On the other hand, as an important branch of management science, project management has been increasingly penetrated into the libraries’ field, this subject becomes the advanced scientific management methods in domestic and foreign digital libraries’ field. By applying the theory of project management application until the construction of digital libraries can be a very good solve the present problems existing in the digital library construction.At first, this paper focuses on the domestic current situation of the construction of digital libraries in higher vocational colleges, and combining with the present situation of library human resources will be introduced to the project management of project human resource management of digital library human resources management system, respectively from the digital library construction in higher vocational colleges from the project of human resource planning and design, project team members and equipped with, the development and construction of the project team, project team management and control four aspects in this paper, the application of project management theory to digital library construction, and perfect the theory system of digital library construction, and more has a guiding significance in practice.
