Along with the development of digital technology, higher vocational college libraries are confronted with the traditional paper literature resources business to digital resources business transformation of the great challenge, the most important factor of the revolution is the human factor. But the present human resource allocation and personnel management system is not adapt to the requirements of the development of library in future. This article from the practice of Wuxi Institute of Commerce library analysis, discusses the library human resource management of civil service job classification management system introduced the necessity and urgency.This paper position classification management system related theory, combined with the operation of the high vocational college library practice, analyzed the current higher vocational college library personnel management system defects, proposing librarians applicable position classification management system feasibility.Combined with the civil servants and the related institutions position classification management system, put forward the library of higher vocational college management of position classification system design ideas, cleared about the classification of management of librarians, professional librarians and basic librarians boundaries and write the job description, for the position classification design corresponding position level, job grade division and applicable scope, establish and perfect supporting system in the same school library human resources management reform provide new train of thought.
