Aiming to the defect of sugar clarification section pH control systems, A pH intelligent control systems has been designed in this paper. The pH value, temperature and flow can be measured by control systems in the case of simulating the actual sugar clarify operating. It can obtain good control effect that control systems controled experimental parameters by fuzzy algorithm. This research has positive implications for the automation development of sugar industy.It can reflect the characteristics of clarification process that the device has been designed based on the process of the sugar clarification section. Control system’s Hardware is made of PC104master controller, pH value signal amplification module, temperature measurement module and motor drive circuit; Under VisSim environment, fuzzy control modules can control pH value and temperature effective. The monitoring system is designed in Kingview6.53and Touch screen, which uses Modbus RTU protocol to communicate with PC104controller. Kingview works with Access database that have solved the data storage issue; Touch screen interface is designed to reliaze data display, real-time curve and alarm functions.Experiments showed that the pH intelligent control system can monitor the pH value, temperature, flow and communicate with slaver which works in the sugar clarification section. This research provide a reliable hardware and software basis for the sugar industry further study, and plays a positive role for sugar industry automation processes.
