Research On Digital Image Acquisition And Process Based On PC104

A image data acquisition module based on PC104 buses is designed and realized.Firstly, when the expansion card of the computer is designed, FLEX10K embedded programmable logic device is used to realize the function of the system. High-density logic device based on FPGA is designed. The problem insynchronization of address, data and control signal are resolved by host machine. Secondly, the problem that computer can't read parallel port directly is resolved using driver program. And, reading and writing I/O port and expansion memery are realized.Thirdly, Visual C++ is adopted in programing application interface. The interface is simple and visual, the operations of data acquisition and finding the centroid is easy.Finally, getting the centroid by calculating the Central Moment of image, the centroid is obtaind and the results are showed on the screem.The test results indicate that the data acquisition module meet the requirements of the design and can work steadily.The system can be used in many fields, such as image processing, light energy distribution measuring, optical instrument and metrical instrument reforming.
