Research On Knowledge Sharing In Digital Campus Based On The Practice Community

The competitiveness of digital campus depends on information technology, accumulation of knowledge, application and innovation more than its architecture and scale. Therefore, attention should be turned from architecture planning, infrastructure to digital application on teaching and scientific research in the process of knowledge sharing in digital campus. Under the new era, knowledge sharing is an important part in the construction of digital campus, it will also promote the development of digital campus’construction and teachers’ growth.This study firstly analyses the theories related with the digital campus, communities of practice and knowledge sharing through literature study method. Secondly, analyses the status of digital campus’ knowledge sharing in primary and secondary schools through investigation and analysis method, discovered its existence insufficiency, analyzed the background of obstacles and problems for the construction of the mode. Then, builds the knowledge sharing mode in digital campus based on its development; takes the needs of teachers’ knowledge sharing as the goal. This mode ensures the smooth of sharing cyclic process and effectiveness of sharing results, pays attention to teachers’ teaching reflection. Then, taking learning organization, learning community, knowledge management and knowledge sharing motivation theory as the support, using PHP and other technical to realize the digital campus’ knowledge sharing system based on the communities of practice. Finally, analyzing the digital campus’ knowledge sharing system based on the communities of practice through observation method and interview which is divided into specific case studies and feedback system application research, to verify the effectiveness of the model and the applicability of the system.
