On the background of rapid growth of modernization globalization and knowledge economy,under the influence of digital technology, computer network technology, mobile communicationtechnology, in the process of human pursuit innovation and reform on media technology, the newmedia technology according the theory of artificial intelligence theory, cybernetics, informationtheory, system theory, makes known the background, reason and foundation of existence anddevelopment of new media technology successfully. Far from generating, the new mediatechnology has experienced Web1.0era of information aggregation to Web2.0era of interactivesharing to Web3.0era of value of reproduction, promotes social progress and becomes animportant media technology affect the development of the times.Based on digital technology, computer network technology, mobile communicationtechnology the new media technology with the help of computers, mobile phones, digitaltelevisions and other devices realizes to provide information and services to users. The featuresof new media technology like interactive,narrowcasting,liberalization widespread in networkmedia, mobile media, interactive television media, outdoor media and other forms of new mediatechnology.In the course of technical, the new media technology causes the change on mode ofproduction, promotes the development of labor force, brings the object of labor and labor datatransformation. The new media technology leads to lifestyle changes, brings the transform ofstudying and working style recreation and consumption pattern. The new media technology leadsto changes in the way of communication from subject content and form, affecting the formationand shaping of social ideology, promotes the propagation and development of ideology.
