With the acceleration of economic globalization, regional economic integration,the competition between countries is mainly reflects the competition between city andcity. City cultural image as an important part of the core competitiveness of a city, is anew field of research on city competitiveness. TV as a mass media with the wideaudience, the best influence of communication media, plays an important role in theconstruction of city culture image and dissemination of.City cultural image has the structure and characteristics of the uniqueconstruction of city cultural image, to promote the city economic development, showthe city spirit, have a tremendous role in promoting regional cultural characteristics.Artistic expression of city culture image in TV transmission of several common forms,including film and television drama, special programs, TV news, TV commercials,documentaries and feature films, should be based on the actual situation to choose TVart form.Positioning is the core of city cultural image design, positioning is scientific andreasonable construction and cultural image of the spread of the base and the key city.The city cultural image design involves the natural environment, planning andconstruction, the historical culture and landmark buildings and landscape etc.. Methodof city cultural image design, it should be established on the basis of fullyunderstanding the advantages of TV media, the city cultural image communicationdesign of TV art.To create a good image of city culture, must do a good job of city cultural imageof domestic TV communication and international television.
