In this study, from the perspective of social work, social work expertise as a guide to a training school for the study of junior high school students, learning through group work mode some students lack self-control service. According to the team members are currently learning situation and common problems, needs analysis, and to develop concrete and feasible program of activities. The main content of the activities from the excited intrinsic motivation, increase self-efficacy, goal setting plan, time management, improve attention aspects to carry out. In the course of implementation, focusing on the value of self-exploration and crew experience, combined with a certain behavior control technology, the crew increased the interest in learning, develop good study habits, improve self-efficacy, and finally to members to learn self-control has been some improvement. Assessment, the use of scales were measured before and after analysis, combined with the effect of interview and observation of the crew’s performance and activities evaluated.Practice has proved that the use of group work to improve the junior high school students to learn self-control has been effective, there are some changes in the crew concept and action. The conventional mode of education is different from group work perspective clients, focusing on the development of its own capacity, it is conducive to the healthy growth of the service object. Students work in teams want to intervene controlled manner issues, can be further promoted in the school of social work.
