Since the Reform and Opening, economy and culture has got a big progress. As for history, the most important characterizations is that a variety of different historical paradigm has come into the history discipline, which taking the place of revolutionary discipline. To keep up with the modern construction, modern theory research has got continuing development with satisfied results, and in which, the most outstanding result is the “Construction of Discipline”. Modern discipline is based on the modern theory, thus its contents is a reflection of research grades on modern theories, that is the development of human history is on the ground of development of productivity which is the core of economic development.With the development of historic theories, modern discipline has enjoyed a great popularity and concerns among history researchers and history educational workers. In terms of the new curricular reform, no matter in the high school history curricular standards, or any kinds of edition about high school history textbooks, modern discipline could be seen and reflected everywhere, and even in the texts of the university entrance examination, much more emphasis has been taken on the modern discipline to guide students’ values. By analysis to problems with modern discipline, a further degree of helping students build modern viewpoints and strengthen their understanding of our country’s history and culture, therefore, students’ historic thinking and modern realization could be greatly developed, and their historic mission and responsibility on our country’s modernization construction could be strengthened as well.This paper, by contrast and analysis, is concentrating on the text-papers of the whole country of new curriculum standards from the year of 2010 to 2015, to reveal the importance of the modern discipline in it. At the same time, some typical examples related to modern discipline would be analyzed on the application of materials and angles of proposition for the purpose of checking the application of modern discipline in the history text-papers of the whole county of new curriculum standards in the university entrance examination. Through check, to realize its basic functions and inefficiencies during the history teaching in the junior and high schools,thus some beneficial experience could be gained to a better guide on history teaching in the junior and high schools.
