Quantitative analysis of human behavior, especially the mining and modelling of temporal and spatial regularities, is the current focus of complexity science and behavioral research. Acted as an important way to exchange and disseminate information between people, mobile communication behavior has been studied a lot, the law of which has important social and economic significance. The in-depth understanding of human interactive behavior helps in explaining the impact between social networks and individuals, and in finding applications in public opinion monitoring, service customizing and information recommended. Based on student users’ communication data, this paper mainly studies on the temporal regularity of human behavior and builds the Intimacy Interactive Model, which has been embedded in the behavior analysis platform. The main contributions has been summarized as follows.1. Reviewed the state-of-the-art progresses of human dynamics, this paper introduces three significant models and their limitations. The models includes priority-queue model, model based on memory, adaptive interests and periodicity, and model based on interactions.2. Some great achievements of communication behavior analysis have been made, but due to the limitation of data collection and other factors, there still lacks research of communication behavior combined with users’ social network. By collecting 24 student users’ nearly 60,000 communication data and social attributes of 1678 common contacts, this thesis analyzes student users’ communication behavior distribution based on social attributes. An interesting connection between social intimacy and time distribution of communication behavior has been discovered.3. In order to describe the connection between social network and communication network, this article builds the bilayer network structure. By analyzing the communication behavior characteristics, a communication behavior model based on bilayer network has been established. Multiple sets of data has been used to verify the model.4. In this paper, a communication behavior analysis platform has been developed and showed, which embeds the method of analyzing network structure, the method of data process and communication behavior model based on bilayer network. The platform uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as develop tools and C# as programming language. It has the advantages of small memory usage, fast operating rate, personalized interface design, strong task focus and good expansibility. The communication behavior analysis platform could help researchers visually analyzes users’ behavior and simulate the model efficiently.
