Writing teaching is an important part of primary school Chinese teaching of the high-grade and the development of the ability of writing plays a critical role in the cultivation of Chinese quality of the students. For primary school students in the advanced stage who just start to learn writing, the writing teaching is even more significant. However, many Chinese teachers have been troubled by the writing teaching for a long time. The rapid development of information technology allows the network to enter every family, to become an important part of people’s lives in modern society, with the occurrence of more and closely linked. The network has come into the campus and the classrooms and is forming increasingly close ties with the teaching activities. Whether can the primary school writing teaching in the advanced stage get through the dilemma of “when all else fails” by the magic of the network media has become a problem of the teaching writing which requires in-depth study in the network times.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, which discusses the subject topic basis, the literature review, the content and purposes of the study, the value and innovation of study, study ideas and methods and definitions of the core concepts.The second part is focused on the questionnaire aimed at the status quo of the primary school writing teaching in the high-grade and the problem analysis.The third and fourth parts are the main body of the study. The third part discusses the primary school writing teaching in the high-grade and the network media, where the primary school writing teaching in the high-grade covers the mental development level of pupils in the advanced stage, features of the primary school writing teaching in the high-grade and its effects on the development of the writing ability of the students. The network media part covers the network media features and its influence on writing of the pupils in the advanced stage.In the fourth part of the strategies for the primary school writing teaching in the high-grade in the network media environment, strategies are mainly introduced from three aspects: cultivate the interest in writing and stimulate the writing motivation; expand resources and enrich creative exercises; optimize writing marking and correcting rules and enhance the ability of writing.In the fifth part of the issues need attention of the primary school writing teaching in the high-grade in the network media environment, the issues include avoiding misleading information, eliminating "copinism" phenomenon, dealing with the impact of the cyber language on writing teaching as well as improving the teachers’ information literacy.
