Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Interests Expression Mechanism

With the development of society and higher education, college students’ subject consciousness unceasingly strengthens, their distinctive personality, active thinking, has the characteristics of independence, variability and diversity. Because the interests of students in the school during the expression consciousness and have a strong desire, which makes them for their rights and legitimate interests put forward higher requirements, they want to through various ways and the corresponding channels to reflect their views and suggestions, to express their interest demands. Although the universities in China have already begun to recognize, respect and protect students’ subject status and rights, but also established a college students’ interests expression mechanism, but it is a progressive and gradual improvement process, need to be properly mechanisms to support and protect the interests of the students expressed. In this context, theory of expression mechanism involved the interests of students, problems as well as this mechanism is reflected in practice to carry on the research analysis, is to perfect the mechanism of essential link. This research mainly uses the study methods of literature, questionnaire method and interview method of current college students’ interests expression mechanism and the existing problems and reasons are analyzed and sorted. The basic idea of this paper is the first to college students’ interests and the interests expression mechanism of interest expression was explained related; then according to the questionnaire survey and interview data, problems and causes of the current situation of college students the mechanism of interest expression, the existence of the in-depth analysis; finally, according to the study and analysis of problems discussed improve and perfect the students’ interests expression mechanism construction, countermeasures and suggestions.According to the survey, the current construction of China’s college students interests expression mechanism still exist many problems and shortcomings, as consciousness training mechanism is not perfect, the channels for the expression mechanism is not perfect, processing feedback mechanism is not timely, leading security mechanism is not in place. The university student process often encounter obstacles and problems in their own appeal, which leads to unstable factors on campus, the school and the students of the development will have a bad effect.Therefore, to improve and perfect the students’ interests expression mechanism, make the students interests are fully expressed and effectively reflect the interests, let the students get effective treatment and timely feedback, is to protect the students’ subject status and the inevitable way to realize the fundamental interests of students. In view of this, according to the study and understanding of their own, based on the analysis and carding the existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions and propose related, trying to establish and improve the overall awareness training mechanism, multi-channel demand expression mechanism, timely and effective treatment and feedback mechanism and a full range of leadership and the safeguard mechanism four aspects to research and Discussion on construction of a relatively scientific and perfect students’ interests expression mechanism, so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests and guarantee of college students more effectively and provide effective treatment on College Students’ interests and provide theoretical support.
