Social Interest Groups And Legislation Interact

In the plural society, the existence of the interest group is inevitable. In the western countries, such as American, the interest group has been the important factor to the development of society, politics and economic, and the important power to the legislation.At present in our country, the interest group which has more development starts to affect legislation. But our interest group has many problems which influence the elaborating to the actual function in developing. The dissertation will conclude the disciplines of interest group in western countries, then discuss the interaction between legislation and interest group in our society by combining the condition of our country. The text includes three parts:Chapter one: the theory of interest group and legislation relation. As the development of interest group in western countries is a example, it will annotate what the interest group is, and analyze that interest group influence the pattern of legislation, meanwhile legislation regulates the interest group.Chapter two: the growth of interest group, and how to influence legislation in now period in our society. Firstly, under the realistic state in our country, it explains that our society indeed exist the interest group, even analyses its background of forming, pattern and feature. Secondly, it analyses the influence of the existing interest group to legislation, including positive and negative aspects. Finally, it discusses what difficult position our interest group and legislation will face.Chapter three: construct the interactive mechanism between our interest group and legislation. Firstly, it probes into the developing mechanism of interest group, including fostering plural interest group. Containing illegal interest group and concerning interest of weak interest group, and so on. Secondly, it researches the replied mechanism of the body of legislation by turning role and adjusting function to the National People's Congress and government. Finally, we need to realize the interaction between interest group and legislation through correct leading coverage of media, experts and scholars, and the interchange mechanism of interaction in network space.
