| As an important part of school education college Students’ legal education, aimed at extending college students’s legal knowledge, training students’s legal awareness, and enhancing the legal concept of college students which has profound influence in the process of training builders and successors of the cause of socialism, so depth research of the gains and losses and the development planning of the current situation of college students’s legal education is a full of practical significance topics.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the current situation and the shortage of college legal education, describes the reality and the legal system of college legal education and the society’s expectations of college Students from the development trend of Chinese law and analyze the problems in current college students’ legal education. The second part is the analysis of the reasons for deficiencies of the current college legal education including external and internal reasons as well as students’s own reasons. Internal reasons for current students’inadequate legal education including the defective legal education ideas and lack of legal awareness training as well as problems among university’s administration. The third part is a counter-measure to improve legal education colleges including building the college legal education system and embodiment to adjust the times and clearing direction of college students’ legal education and training as well as enhance the effect of legal education. Clear direction of college Legal education and training including strengthening the rule awareness training in their daily life and legal awareness training in legal education and taking good use of the function of law knowledge in teaching. Enhancing the effect of college legal education includes enhanced the usability of university foundation courses, creating a good legal concepts atmosphere and environment, increasing the social practice of legal education. |
