Therefore, in the province to implement nutrition improvement plan more than two years, the province of the nutrition improvement program has yielded some results, but there are many problems, such as the Zhenxiong337students "Stinky pea food poisoning, Xuanwei City nutrition meal subsidy amount to less than2yuan and" three non food events, Fuyuan County, nutritious meals mold bread "event, Ruili" lost bread "events, Baoshan nutritious meals grants a large balance of events and so on, these problems will seriously influence the policy objectives of the implementation. Why do these problems become the focus of the society, how to solve these problems has become a pressing matter of the moment is, therefore, in this study, through the implementation of nutrition improvement program in three counties of6primary and secondary schools to conduct field survey in Yunnan Province, combined with the theory of public policy implementation, the use of relevant statistical analysis method, two kinds of meals form of policy cognition, policy of Yunnan province nutrition improvement plan implementation, degree of satisfaction, nutrition improvement plan of the actual effect are analyzed, and the canteen meals and snacks purchase product form carries on the contrast analysis, hope can be found in the nutrition improvement plan appears policy implementation problems, and cause problems arise, and tries to probe into the effective way to solve the problem, on the other hand, trying to analyze the feeding patterns for our province is one of the most effective and our province the meal is a good form of implementation. Through the study found, nutrition improvement program students on policy awareness is low, low satisfaction, relevant policy implementation deviation, feeding the actual effect is not obvious; the main factors affecting the satisfaction of nutritious meals for taste, nutritional value, health, four principal components was two; there was a significant difference in the meal form the degree of satisfaction, cost value. To improve the execution plan in nutrition, canteen meals in the form of higher satisfaction with meals, the actual effect is greater than the meal, but the implementation of the policy is less than that of snacks, is higher than the cost of ordering form.
