In2009, Dr. S. Lian gives definition of "drones". Since then, the "ant tribe" groups attract the attention of all sectors of society. The rise of mass higher education and the transformation of the labor market greatly increased graduate employment pressure."Ant tribes" exist not only in the first-tier city, like Beijing Shanghai Guangzhou, but also in the lower-tier cities. And, the number of ant tribes is increasing. This phenomenon doesn’t benefit the college graduate’s development, meanwhile, destroys the society’s impartial and stability. Thus, research of "ant tribe" employment problems has the vital practical significance. In this paper, we adopt a mixed research method and studies the "ant tribe" problem of employment from a perspective of social exclusion.The main content of this paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction. This part mainly expounds the background and significance, related literature review, research ideas and framework in addition to the innovative ideas of this thesis.The second part of the paper focus on the theory of social exclusion theory. For the employment difficulties experienced by the "ant tribe" was thorough researched by social exclusion. In analyzing social exclusion, a solid theoretical foundation is absolutely necessary and that means that thorough research into the "ant tribe" employment basis points would be required. Therefore, building upon the theoretical background and development process of social exclusion, implications, types and features of social exclusion in addition to its negative effects would be required to delve into the research of social exclusion.The third part is research design. We use mixed research methods and focus on the various research methods and processes employed in addition to findings. A thorough interview and questionnaire data analysis under will conclude this section from the perspective of social exclusion theory on the phenomenon of the "ant tribe" employment status.The last part is the conclusion and countermeasure. Based on the previous sections, we get the conclusion. And, we offer corresponding countermeasures and preventative suggestions at last.
