Economic globalization is spreading globally, economic globalization is theessence of a "people’s revolution", it puts forward higher and newer requirements tothe talents. If our country wants to regain the initiative and get the developmentadvantage in the international and economic wave in the future, the key isto cultivating a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents andhighly qualified labors who can adapt the economic globalization. Science andengineering colleges shoulder the mission of cultivating innovative andentrepreneurial talents who can service the economic development. According tostatistics, the total number of college graduates in China in2015will reach7490000people, a new record high. According to these servicespecifications, following the principles of combining open education and theory andpractice and so on, constructing the innovative and entrepreneurial theory teachingmode,innovative and entrepreneurial practice teaching mode and university-enterprisecooperation teaching mode of science and engineering colleges. For the purpose of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education and providing thereference of training qualified innovative and entrepreneurial talents in science andengineering colleges.Constructing innovative and entrepreneurial personnel training mode of scienceand engineering colleges is the core problem of improving the quality of talenttraining. It plays an important and positive role for alleviating the employmentpressure of graduates, servicing the economic development and accelerating theconstruction process of innovative country.
