In recent years, the training of school-enterprise collaboration as a new kind of educational model, become more and more valued by colleges and universities, enterprise, government and even whole society. School-enterprise collaboration education is the important reform orientation which higher education of China gears to society, gives service to society, and promotes the development of society, also is the inevitable trend of the development of the higher education.Through detailed analysis of representative universities in school-enterprise collaboration of personnel training,this paper has constracted the system of school-enterprise collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training.It tentatively proposes that school-enterprise collaboration need to change school-enterprise notion and integrate school-enterprise culture.
