In this paper, three prisons in Baoding Baoding Prison, the city jail, the TaihangPrison for the study, using a questionnaire survey of200prison police conducted aquestionnaire survey and statistical software with spss17.0collected195valid questionnairesstatistics analysis, the main purpose is to understand the status of prison police physicalexercise and problems, combined with the geographical environment Baoding feasibility ofthe proposal is given to provide a reference for the promotion of Baoding prisons and relevantdepartments to further carry out sports activities, thereby contributing to Sports DevelopmentBaoding prisons system.The results showed that:1weak sense of a physical exercise, enthusiasm is not high.2unions degree of importance on sports is not high, organizing sports competitions ororganize activities rarely.3social sports instructors lack enough scientific training methods, to a certain extent,affected the prison police to participate in physical exercise enthusiasm.4prison police in the sports consumption awareness is not strong, Men better than women.5Physical exercise time, the number is less, in these respects men than women.6prison police education, age, gender, respectively, and awareness of the importance ofphysical exercise, physical exercise interest, exercise consumption, physical exercise, thenumber of plans, exercise programs, the purpose of cross-table analysis, the results indicatesthat there are significant differences.Through the analysis of the survey results, gives the following measures: For anindividual, to recognize the importance of science and physical exercise; Increased physicaltime and duration of exercise, and for how much leisure time physical activity were givenway; on the unit, the first to strict "Getting Started" off, followed by physical exercise tostrengthen the union propaganda work, the physical standards as annual assessment, appraised,the first assessment indicators prison police, the only way to raise awareness of theimportance of physical exercise; then cultivate a high-energy, efficient social sportsinstructors; interest coupled with the exercise of scientific guidance, to enhance physicalexercise effectiveness; Finally, the unions should be combined with their surroundingenvironment some more sports activities, and presented some of the material incentives.
