It’s deemed to be an important move for the secondary vocational schools to implement the flexible credit system, which facilitates to motivate the initiative of both teachers and students, in so doing, to improve the teaching quality of the secondary vocational schools. To establish the flexible credit system oriented to the educational reform of the vocational schools and students’ development plays a vital role in the learning evaluation with regard to the students of secondary vocational schools. The author conducted the survey on three secondary vocational schools in Fuzhou and made a deep analysis in terms of the application and existing problems of the flexible credit system. On its basis, the paper sheds light on the effective solutions to these problems. And it comes to conclusion that it’s imperative for the secondary vocational schools to ensure the implementation and improvement of the flexible credit system to promote the education reform in an effective way.
