Study On College Student Affair Under Flexible Credit System

College student affair management influences indirectly college education quality, which is an important part of it. With the depth of college educational reform, the contradiction between weak shortage of college educational resources and strong demand for college education fails to fully implanting full credit. Therefore, there exists practical significance to implement full credit, at the same time, college affair management faces the great challenges. The dissertation intends to discuss the problems.The research begins with defining the core concepts and some specific management affair, states detailed the relation and difference between college graduate affair management, ideological and political education and student work.Then define the main management contents and analyze the real operating mode of flexible credit of college in order to sum up the series of problems such as inflexible school roll management, devoid of guidance to students, weak and traditional administrative management, lack of professional management assistant, insufficient hardware of college teaching and service guarantee. Finally, the author proposes the strategies from the following aspects: break with the conventional idea, expand the channels and complete the system of student affair management, make it informationized, speed up the specialization of student affair management directors.
