Tn recent years, Chinese colleges and universities expand enrollment, and enrollment rate of higher education increased year by year, it becomes more and more popular in our country. As the number of college graduates increased year by year, it is more difficult for students to find jobs, more and more college students graduation means unemployment, how to solve this problem? To encourage, guide students to entrepreneurship, it is a good method to solve.College students are an important group to promote the development of entrepreneurial economy in our country, but the number of students choosing independent entrepreneurs are less in our country university, the society need to actively guide the college students entrepreneurship. The behavior of the individual is caused by individual motivation induced. College Students’ entrepreneurial behavior is also driven by the entrepreneurial motivation. Therefore, research on College Students’ entrepreneurial motivation is very necessary, it has important theoretical and practical significance.The development of entrepreneurship education, promote, guide students to entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education research, has the important guiding significance to expand the concept of higher education, the construction of higher education theory system model.It can play the role of guiding the students to entrepreneurship and it has important practical significance to the development of entrepreneurial economy in china.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, it focuses on exploring the relationship between College Students’ entrepreneurial traits, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities. In order to study the relationship between these three, the introduction of entrepreneurial self-efficacy as intermediary variable, constructs the research model, through the analysis of 268 copies of the questionnaire data, draw the following conclusions:(1) college students are significantly positive correlation between traits and entrepreneurial self-efficacy; (2) there is positive a significant correlation between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy; (3) college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial motivation; (4) college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy influence on college students entrepreneurship in machine entrepreneur plays part of the intermediary role, college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary the role of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in the influence of entrepreneurial motivation.The innovation of this paper:first, the previous studies mainly focus on the dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation, less research on Influencing Factors of entrepreneurial motivation, which adopts the empirical research method is also less. Influence of entrepreneurial motivation,the characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy were studied in this paper. Second, the previous entrepreneurship research motivation research in a wide range of objects, in this paper, the breakdown of the object of study, specially selected college students as the research object.
