With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and continuously push forward the development of urbanization, more and more children of migrant workers living with their parents into the city. With the government and academia on the growing importance of migrant workers, the education of children of migrant workers are also more and more attention. But existing studies mostly focused on how migrant workers’ children in the city school, schooling and other issues, for them on campus after school education is not much concern, especially how to play social work in migrant Research workers’ children’s role in school education is still lacking. How to better take advantage of social work for the children of migrant workers to provide for their school education in the current has an important academic and practical significance. In this study, Guangzhou C agency for migrant workers’ children in the school to provide education services as a case study of literature and field research method of combining start.Thesis consists of five parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance, and a literature review, explained the study design.The second part of the basic background of the case studies are introduced. Condition C were introduced generous community organizations and S, C institutions to obtain, and the demand for migrant workers’ children school education social work service project profiles and service object lies. The main object of this study is to grade two to six children of migrant workers, they found there is some confusion and needs to learn and grow, family communication, leisure activities and interpersonal aspects.The third part of the school children of migrant workers for social work education content and process are discussed. In the specific services from the different needs of migrant workers’ children starting in a targeted manner designed corresponding service plan, and specific content and the effectiveness of the different activities were carried out analysis, discussion.The fourth part of the overall effectiveness, problems and countermeasures launched reflection. Analyzes the effect of migrant workers’ children school education social work service at the institutional level, the target level and serve their schools, families and community levels achieved;but also on the shortcomings are analyzed, that there was a scientific assessment methods, limited professional services, social work degree of awareness, low degree of recognition and limited resources, organizations can take advantage of the other issues; and to solve these problems is proposed to improve and develop direction, proposed to change the activity assessment methods, go to the professional social work, professional way, step up publicity efforts in social work, mining communities and external resources to accelerate the localization process of social work and other recommendations.The fifth part is the epilogue. The study found that social work education services in school children of migrant workers has a natural advantage, should accelerate social work intervention-school education of children of migrant workers into the city, and constantly improve the quality of services to social work and social work agencies are at the core, launched the family, school and society to participate, through the integration of resources, and create a good social environment for the healthy growth of children of migrant workers.
