Research On The Problem Of Social Work Intervention For Migrant Workers’ Children Interpersonal Barriers

Most of them due to the long life at the bottom of the city, both parents or themselves are lack of relative satisfaction of the situation at the same time, discrimination and exclusion of peer group and students may life, resulting in the soul of the trauma, leading to their inferiority, rejection in interpersonal communication, or on the surrounding social discontent, these will be intertwined in their interpersonal relationships.In this paper, based on the field to enter the school for children of migrant workers on the investigation, interview research method of comprehensive literature analysis and case by case analysis, there a living conditions of migrant workers children. The thesis is mainly divided into the following six parts: the introduction part expounds the research background, significance, research status and research methods; the first chapter defines the related concepts, expounds the ecological system theory in the application for the children of migrant workers in the, laid the theoretical foundation for the research of the thesis; the status quo and problems of migrant workers "city children interpersonal" the second chapter has carried on the analysis and make a needs assessment; the third chapter specific analysis of "interpersonal barriers" children of migrant workers in the case, the actual situation of the client are described and analysis; the fourth chapter from the angle of social work intervention to the case in the implementation details, objective of the intervention, case implementation process the steps, methods, as well as to the case implementation effect evaluation; study conclusions of the fifth chapter concludes the case, put forward countermeasures of relevant from the perspective of social work.
