Chinese is one of the second languages for Korean high school students. The edit of Korean high school teaching materials is according to the demand of the Korean course outline which is drafted by the ministry of education. This study is based on the evaluation theory and Korean course outline. Focusing on Korean Chinese teaching material Zhong Guo yu(2012) which is published by Genius Press. The study analyzes it from two perspectives,language elements and language ability. It depends on the results of the questionnaires which are done by the students from Dae-sheng high school in Da-tian city, korea. The study is to explore the features and failings of Zhong Guo yu.The thesis will study from the following aspects:The first chapter described the purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter discussed the background,basis and general situation of Zhong Guo yu.It also presented the content of eight education programs and pointed out that the Zhong Guo yu conforms with the education programs of Korean.The third chapter discussed the pronunciation,vocabulary,teaching,and grammar of Zhong Guo yu, from the perspective of linguistic element.The fourth chapter is focusing on the setting up and analyzing the language skills’ practices of Zhong Guo yu, from a point of view of language skills.The fifth chapter is evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of Zhong Guo yu.
