Research On Collaborative Innovation Of Local Universities

Collaborative innovation is the inherent requirement of the development of science and technology progress, is an inevitable trend during the big science times, and also a strategic choice of local colleges to improve the innovation capacity. Collaborative innovation is refers to the multi innovation subject for common goals and interests, to share resources, information fusion mechanism, system, which produces chemical reaction, synergistic effect, enhance the ability of original. Local colleges is an important force to promote collaborative innovation, with an important function of scientific research, training, the cultural inheritance and innovation and social services.In this paper, local colleges as the starting point and breakthrough point, to carry out collaborative innovation. Based on the principle of distinguishing relevant concepts, trying to explore the problems of local university to carry out the collaborative innovation, and select typical cases, to seek enlightenment, and finally construct the ideal model of collaborative innovation, provide a useful reference for the local universities to develop collaborative innovation.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, summarizes the research background, significance, present situation, method and content; The second part mainly studies the connotation and theoretical paradigm of collaborative innovation, the definition of related concepts, insight into the meaning and characteristics, to explore the theoretical paradigm; The third part mainly studies the problems of local universities faced by the cooperative, from two aspects, within the schools and school’s external factors to analysis the dilemma of local universities to develop collaborative innovation; The fourth part mainly studies the typical cases and Enlightenment of local universities to collaborative innovation. This paper selected Zhejiang University of Technology collaborative innovation center, Nanjing University of Technology collaborative innovation center, Soochow University collaborative innovation center, as a typical case to study, explore the main practices of the collaborative innovation, and get beneficial inspiration; The fifth part mainly puts forward countermeasures for developing local university collaborative innovation suggestions, from the coordination mechanism, evaluation mechanism, personnel training mechanism, safeguard mechanism and so on to breakthrough, finally constructs University effective place a set of scientific, collaborative innovation mode and mechanism.
