Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In College Students’ Privacy Protection

The privacy is a fundamental right of citizens. With the growing of our democratic consciousness, the right of privacy also gradually gets people’s attention and recognition. As a special group in the society, with the democratic awareness and rights awareness growing, the college students are more concerned about privacy, pay more attention to the protection of privacy, and have a big conflict for privacy violations. However, due to the constraints and limitations of traditional thinking, our university management model is still lagging behind, especially in respect for the rights of students, which there are still large gaps compared with foreign countries. In this context, this paper focuses on the major problems of domestic colleges and universities in the college students’privacy protection, and deeply analyzes the deep-seated reasons and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for effectively protecting the college student’s privacy, that has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This study, based on interview and questionnaire survey, explores the reality and necessity of college students’ privacy, focusing on students connotation and characteristics of privacy, privacy and college students manage conflicts and publicly Privacy college students and other aspects of the current situation. Finally, this study discusses Strengthening College Students’ Privacy countermeasures and suggestions from the following five perspectives, legal system, the institutional mechanisms to protect, legal awareness, consciousness and remedies to explore five aspects of construction.
