Study On Intervention Strategy Of Birth Defects And Its Cognitive Map

ObjectiveStudy on the intervention strategies of top 10 birth defect diseases,build the birth defects cognitive map, to provide reference for the prevention and cure of birth defects, reduce the birth defect rate.MethodsThe risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of the top 10 diseases were studied by using the literature analysis methods, meta analysis methods as well as Stata12.0, Revman5.3 software, the disease cognitive maps were built according to the results of this study.ResultsAnalysis result showed that 21 risk factors for congenital heart disease,15 influence factors for neural tube defects, 19 influence factors for cleft lip and palate, 10 risk factors for hypospadias. The value of 2 diagnosis for congenital heart disease, the value of 2 treatments for Patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular septal defect, and the etiology cognitive maps,diagnostic cognitive map, treatment cognitive map were constructed.ConclusionsResearch on birth defects influence factors and intervention measuresare significant for birth defects prevention and treatment. Construction of the cognitive map of birth defects play an active role in improving people’s cognition for birth defects.
