A Research Of Hierarchical Diagnosis System Practice In Guangzhou

Objective:The study outlined the development of hierarchical diagnosis system in American,European and our country, and compared the hierarchical diagnosis system at home and abroad. Three medical alliances was cheese to know the present application condition of hierarchical diagnosis system in Guangzhou in order to provide scientific references for further perfection in the construction about our country ’s hierarchical diagnosis system.Methods:1 The methods of this study is using keywords, related terms, references, etc. to retrieve about the hierarchical diagnosis system of the relevant literature,national,provincial and municipal documents and other information in Pubmed,Wanfang database, national knowledge infrastructure, Chinese medical literature databases, learning Chinese paper database and the Internet search engines.2 The study analysis three Guangzhou medical alliance models,including collecting comparing their outpatient, chronic disease management, two-way referral and so on.Interview medical staff in the three medical alliance, A self- designed questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents in urban areas of Guangzhou about their knowledge of hierarchical diagnosis system, medical alliance models, using SPSS 13. 0 statistical software for survey analysis was conducted, with P <0. 05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1 Britain, Germany, the United States has established hierarchical diagnosis system mature, clear boundaries between health care institutions to provide a good division of labor between all levels of medical institutions, mass treatment process specifications,medical security system features clear.2 Hierarchical diagnosis system all over our country to promote the gap is large, most of the provinces in the recent two years before the beginning of the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis system, all provinces model methods are difference.3 Though the current practice of hierarchical treatment model, the study found that medical alliance is still many elements reach, involved, in promoting the role of hierarchical treatment model.Only though medical alliance to develop hierarchical treatment model is not conjoined comprehensive approach.Conclusions:Through comparative analysis of domestic and foreign the hierarchical diagnosis system,analysis indicates that the hierarchical diagnosis system construction is still in the exploratory stage so that we need to design rational systems according to local conditions.Guangzhou medical alliances are both advantages and disadvantages of different. Forming the hierarchical diagnosis system requires comprehensive efforts.
