Ginseng(Panax ginseng) is a rare medicinal herb in China, which is mainly distributed in Changbai, Jingyu, Ji’an, Fusong and other towns in Jilin province.Ginseng industry is one of the local pillar industries, and the economic benefit is the main source of the local residents’ income. However, the problems such as continuous cropping obstacle of ginseng restrict the sustainable development of the industry.Planting ginseng continuously on the same ground can decrease the output and lower the quality significantly, it can also make serious diseases even cause rejection. However, traditional control measures such as the prevention of chemical pesticides not only can cause big hidden danger of pesticide residue to the quality and safety of ginseng, but also destroy the ecological environment seriously. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to promote environment friendly bio-control bacteria agent. The study integrated the early research of soil amelioration techniques on old ginseng ground, taking the old ginseng soil of ginseng cultivation base in Fusong in Jilin province as the object of the research, using 4 kinds of microbial agents such as Prebiotic agents, Trichoderma harzianum agents, "5406" agents and Paenibacillus polymyxa agents on farmland and old ginseng soil for ecological improvement, analyzing the effect of different concentrations of microbial agents for the growth and development of ginseng, physiological and biochemical indexes, the degree of disease occurs, yield, quality and soil microbial diversity. The following results were:1.Applying microbial agents increased the biomass and yield of ginseng, reduced the happening of ginseng diseases, among them, the Prebiotic agents of 400g/m2, the Trichoderma harzianum agents of 8 g/m2, the "5406" agents of 50 g/m2, the Paenibacillus polymyxa agents of 2 g/m2 with the best treatment effect.2.Four kinds of bacteria agents bring different influence on the quality of ginseng.Major active constituent of ginseng saponins Rg1 + Re, Rb1 content increased with the increase of concentration of Prebiotic agents. The total content of 8 monomer saponins in fibrous root disposed by Trichoderma harzianum agents increased significantly than contrast. The total content of 8 monomer saponins in taproot disposed by Paenibacillus polymyxa agents increased significantly than contrast.3.Under the four kinds of bacteria agents, the plant resistance index of ginseng were increased than the control group, when the amount of the Prebiotic agents is 400 g/m2, the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein were highest, and the content of malondialdehyde in lower level. The Trichoderma harzianum agents, the "5406" agents and the Paenibacillus polymyxa agents work best when intakes respectively in 8 g/m2, 50 g/m2 and 3g/m2.Applying four kinds of bacteria agents enhances the ability of plant resistance to diseases of ginseng in a certain degree, it plays a positive role to improve the yield of ginseng and prevent the happening of the diseases.4.By DGGE denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis results analysis, the P.ginseng continuous cropping ground was enriched in more fungal pathogen, four kinds of microbial agents can change the structure of the microbial population in soil, made the groups of bacteria increased and fungi inhibited, but the structure of bacterial community improvement effect is good, the fungal community structure diversity changes little.
