The Applied Research Of Integration Of Medical Quality Control Circle In Improving The Prognosis Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis Patients After Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective:Comparative study on the different applied effects between Doctor-nurse integration quality control circle model with traditional model on the perioperative of Endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:This study included 140 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who received endoscopic sinus surgery from January 2015 to August in our department, divided into intervention group and control group. 70 cases in each group, two groups of patients had no statistical significance difference in gender, age, occupation, educational level, pay type and preoperative VAS symptom scores, SNOT-22 score data(P>0.05), the Medical care model of Doctor-nurse integration quality control circle were used in intervention group, and traditional model in control group. self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS), the extent of uncomfortable symptoms, knowledge of disease, patient satisfaction,Visual analogue score(VAS),Lund-Kennedy endoscopy score and sino-nasal outcome Test-22(SNOT-22)were used to evaluate the clinical effect between two groups on the subject and objective outcomes in short and long term respectively.Results:The data analysis showed that the score of self-evaluation of anxiety scale was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05), intervention group was obviously lowerthan the control group on the uncomfortable level of four different variables include nasal pain, dryness of mouth or throat, tears of eyes, Lack of good night’s sleep(P<0.05); the knowledge of disease and patient satisfaction in intervention group are significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative VAS symptoms,Lund-Kennedy endoscopy score and quality of life of sino-nasal outcome Test-22(SNOT-22) score after 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months,was significantly different between two groups, the control group were higher than the Intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive influence of the model of Doctor-nurse integration quality control circle model using in perioperative care following endoscopic sinus surgery were reflected in many aspects, it can effectively relieve anxiety in patients, improve the knowledge of disease and satisfaction, effectively improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after FFESS, strengthen and deepen the Doctor-nurse cooperation, enhanced the quality management of perioperative care of FESS.
