Then, whether does the OP warning screening information has the differences?ObjectiveThe Study of The Relationship Between Osteoporosis and Serum Insulin Like Growth Factor-1(IGF-1) and estradiol(E2) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) for Chengdu women. In order to provide early warning for Chengdu women in the OP fracture risk screening information. For OP fracture prevention provide certain theory basis.Methods1. Grouping: Divide the 211 cases of close to the menopause women and post-menopausal women participants of Chengdu into three groups, " nearly menopause group" : the age of menopause and the regular menstruation, "0 to 10 years after menopause group" : in perimenopausal or postmenopausal 0~10, " more than 10 years after menopause group" : more than 10 years of menopause. According to the subjects’ bone mineral density, T value and Z value, " nearly menopause group" can be divided into two groups: " bone mass normal group" and " bone mass loss group". "0 to 10 years after menopause group" and " more than 10 years after menopause group" is divided intothree groups: " bone mass normal group", " bone mass loss group" and " OP group".2. Measuring BMD values: Using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry bone mineral density instrument to measure the BMD of femoral neck and Wards triangle.3. Detecting the concentration of serum IGF-1, E2, ALP: Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the concentration of serum IGF-1, using chemiluminescence to detect the concentration of serum E2, using IFCC to detect the concentration of serum ALP.4. Analysis: Apply SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical processing,Analysis the correlation between serum IGF-1, E2, ALP and the bone mineral density values of femoral neck and Wards triangle.Results1. "Nearly menopause group"(n=48): Serum IGF-1, E2 and BMD have certain positive correlation(r=0.412/0392, P<0.05),(r=0.595/0.559,P<0.01). however, there is no correlation between serum ALP and BMD(P>0.05).2. "0 to 10 years after menopause group"(n=70): Serum IGF-1, E2 and BMD have certain positive correlation(r=0.248/0369, P < 0.05),(r=0.800/0.710, P < 0.01).however, there is no correlation between serum ALP and BMD(P>0.05).3. "More than 10 years after menopause group"(n=93): Serum IGF-1, E2 and BMD have certain positive correlation(r=0.601/0.569, P < 0.01),(r=0.552/0.609, P<0.01). serum ALP and BMD has certain negative correlation(r=-0.311/-0.228, P<0.05).ConclusionsOur research is based on the investigation of Chengdu and its surrounding areas.Suggest:1. The degree of concentration of serum IGF-1 and E2 have certain positive correlation with BMD, which can provide early warning for the osteoporosis screening information for Chengdu middle-aged and old women.2. For Chengdu women of more than 10 years after menopause, the degree of concentration of serum ALP can provide early warning for osteoporosis screening information.3.
