| ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors in the outcome of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.MethodsA total of 230 cases of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage from July 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into 2 groups according to clinical outcome(alive or death). The data of the two groups were compared by single factor analysis. Then, the factors of P<0.1 were analyzed by multivariate non-conditioned logistic regression analysis, and the risk factors in the outcome of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage were screened out.ResultsThe mortality was 53.91%(124/230).In the single factor analysis, the survived infants had difference from those died in birth weight, the rate of neonatal asphyxia, circulatory failure, neonatal scleredema and hyperkalemia(P<0.05).And the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was a significant difference in neonatal asphyxia, neonatal scleredema and hyperkalemia(P<0.05).But the circulatory failure due to the existence of 0 cell of the four tables, the OR had a large range.ConclusionsNeonatal asphyxia, neonatal scleredema and hyperkalemia were the independent risk factors of death of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage. To analyze whether the circulatory failure risk factors of death in infants with pulmonary hemorrhage, need to increase the sample size for further research. |
