| Objective use metabonomics technology analyze specific metabolites of degenerative intervertebral disc, and study the differences of metabolites between normal and degenerative disc, explore the roles they play in the mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration.Method apply GC-MS technology, there were 12 cases rabbits(6 cases degeneration model, 6 normal controls) disc extract analyzed, using stoichiometric method process and detect the obtained data, while applying multivariate statistical methods to statistically analyze the obtained data, screened the specific metabolites which have significant differences in the two groups.Results in this test, we success to analyze rabbits disc by partial least squares- discriminant, and selected 31 kinds of specific metabolites, in these 31 kinds of metabolites, we selected four kinds of metabolites which have statistically significant, N- carboxymethyl lysine, serine, galactosidase, phosphatase.Conclusion through the metabolomics study of disc degeneration in rabbits, successfully establish a metabolomics mechanism of disc degeneration, It confirmed that the metabolic differences between the degenerative disc and normal disc do exist, through in-depth study of the differences in metabolites, demonstrated the scientific of conventional disc degeneration mechanism, further explains the mechanism of disc degeneration. |
