With the continuous development and improvement of Chinese market economy system, accelerating the pace of reform of the personnel system, the traditional management model brings a full range of impact and challenges. Human resources has played a decisive role for the core of modern management model to advance the cause of development. Job analysis is an important human resources work, lay a solid foundation for recruitment, promotion, performance appraisal, training, ect. The hospital is important to protect people’s health unit of life. the hospital’s personnel system has made great achievement after years of development, but there are also have some problems, as job mismatch, position unclear, unfair assessment. Mental health hospital development has many shackles due to the one-sidedness understanding.The Mental Health Center of Shijiazhuang is transition from 3502 factory workers Hospital of the PLA General Logistics Department. So the organizational structure is not perfect, and many workers are carried out by a short-term training, the backbone is not so strong. Currently, The Mental Health Center of Shijiazhuang is due to the lack of scientific job analysis, the work of other human resources manage can not to do better. So there is urgent need to establish a complete job analysis system to improve their human resource management.Start with the analysis of the human resource management of Shijiazhuang Mental Health Center, use of relevant theories of job evaluation and job analysis, combined with characteristics of their own mental health centers, select literature analysis, interviews and logbook method was carried out job analysis, and conduct job analysis using the scoring method, trying to achieve the unity of theory and operability. Through careful and meticulous job analysis and job evaluation, ensure the scientific human resources management, to ensure the fair treatment of workers, improve worker efficiency, and thus to lay for hospital’s steady development..Additionally, this article attempts to through job analysis and job evaluation study of The Mental Health Center of Shijiazhuang, hoping to summarize an appropriate mental health center job analysis job analysis and job evaluation system, can provide some reference of mental health and other public sector implementation of human resource management in the future.
