| With the social development and rhythm of people’s living speeding up, the number of workers in sub-health state has increased steadily, neck diseases give these people great distress trapped. In order to study neck disease pathology, provide patients with treatment and prevent the disease effectively, neck comfort research becomes more important in the field of ergonomics. This article did research on the neck comfort of different height levels when people in supine position based on the surface EMG measurement analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Hope this artice will throw light on the study of neck disease and provide evidence for the related product design.First, we studied the physical structure of the neck, analyzed the body bone structure of the human cervical spine and neck muscle group, determined the study is on the sternocleidomastoid muscle, splenius capitis and upper trapezius muscle because their s EMG signals are easy to detect. Cervical curvature and neck biomechanical characteristics were studied, mainly related to the statics, dynamics and stability three parts. Established the neck mechanics model and human body simulation model based on Siemens Tecnomatix Jack.This research combined subjective experiment and objective experiment. Select the subjects of similar height and weight to complete the experiment. Collect the s EMG signals of subjects in the objective experiment. After that carried out the objective evaluation which asked the subjects to score the comfort level of different height of neck and other parts of their bodies.After completion of the subjective and objective experiment data acquisition, proess and analyze the data and. Wavelet de-noising method is used to deal with the signal. Analyze the signals in linear and nonlinear two ways. Linear analysis also includes the time domain and frequency domain characteristics analysis. For the subjective experiment data, mainly using the SPSS to do the correlation analysis.Finally establish the neck comfort level fuzzy evaluation model. Determined the factors that affect the neck comfort and create the membership equation based on the previously established model. Obtain the weight index of each factor on the basis of subjective experiment. The ergonomic evaluation model analyze mainly from the perspective of joint torques, get comfort level of different height levels while subjects in supine position. |
