Cases Of Preoperative Radiotherapy For Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Through collecting locally advanced rectal cancer patients with preoperative brachytherapy initiated Miles operation, preoperative long-range rehabilitation surgery, postoperative data, discusses two kinds of preoperative radiotherapy for c T3 / c N + Miles operation safety of colorectal cancer, the influence of the recurrence rate and survival rate. Method :Collected in June 2013 to June 2014 to our hospital confirmed by pathological results of 60 cases of patients with rectal cancer, and 60 patients for locally advanced rectal cancer(c T3 / c N+).60 patients according to random number table can be divided into preoperative short-range group(n = 25), preoperative long-range group(n = 35).Collect patients’ basic information, records and compared two groups in patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node removal, length of hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time, intraoperative accidental damage, recent complication rates, local recurrence rate, survival rate, etc. Result :2 groupall patients with Miles operation, brachytherapy group’s operating time for(165.6 ±52.1) min, intraoperative blood loss(210.6 ±150.1) ml, number of lymph node removal(8.4±3.1), postoperative exhaust time(66.7 ± 46.3) h, length of hospital stay((16.2 ± 10.1) d, after recent complication rate was 36.0%.Long-term operation time for radiation group(160.6 ± 53.4) min, intraoperative blood loss(207.3 ± 149.2)ml, number of lymph node removal(8.2±3.0), postoperative exhaust time(67.5 ± 45.1) h, length of hospital stay(9.5 ± 7.4) d, after recent complication rate was 11.4%.2 groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph node removal, postoperative exhaust time difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), 2 groups of patients in hospital time, recent complications difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Short-range group of local recurrence rate was 12%, the long-range group of local recurrence rate was 11.4%, there was no statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference 2 groups of patients 3 years survival rate(P > 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with locally advanced rectal cancer Miles operation,preoperative long-range radiation and chemotherapy in terms of length of hospital stay, short-term complications have obvious advantages, and in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, no difference between the local recurrence rate and survival rate, etc.
