Design And Implementation Of ECG Integrated Acquisition System For Heart Sound

The incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year,which has caused great harm to human health.Doctors can understand the patients’ cardiometabolic condition,whether there is myocardial hypertrophy,arrhythmia and other symptoms through electrocardiogram.The patient’s valvular heart disease,such as stenosis or regurgitation,is known by heart sound auscultation.At present,the hospital commonly uses the detection of heart sound and ECG respectively,and then judges whether the heart is abnormal according to the doctor’s experience.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the auscultation of heart sound with ECG detection,and provide technical support for the early noninvasive detection of cardiovascular diseases by observing the acoustic characteristics of ECG signal and ECG signal.In this paper,according to the basic characteristics of the heart sound signal and the ECG signal,the ECG preprocessing circuit of the heart sound design,complete the preliminary collection of signals,according to the test standards of medical instruments against interference and safety application part of the design,the system is composed of data acquisition and data processing of the lower computer.The lower computer uses GD32 chip to control AD7606 chip for signal acquisition and conversion,and controls FT232 chip to send the collected data set packet to the upper computer for receiving through USB2.0transmission protocol,and uses C++ language on Qt Creator platform to design the function of real-time display of heart sound and ECG signal waveform,and data storage.The design of an integrated acquisition system for heart sound and ECG is realized.In the end of this paper,electromagnetic compatibility test,safety test,reliability test and biocompatibility test were carried out on the ECG integrated acquisition equipment in accordance with relevant standards of medical devices,and the test passed.This paper has completed the engineering technology research of the integrated acquisition system of heart sound and electrocardiography,which has a good application prospect in the early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
