| Objective:To evaluated the curative effect of autologous transplantation for patients with multiple myeloma (MM).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 9 patients with multiple myeloma (MM) who received autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (APBSCT) from March 2010 to October 2015 in our center. After the pretreatment, return of hematopoietic stem cells for 3 days and then give G-CSF to promote hematopoietic recovery. When the neutrophil> 0.5 x10 9/L, the seed cell was implanted. Platelet count>×10 9/L for 3 days without infusion of platelets, suggesting that platelet was implanted. Results:Hematopoietic reconstruction was achieved in 9all patients with autologous transplantation. After transplantation, the follow-up was 6-67 months. 3 months after transplantation, bone marrow examination, immunoglobulin, serum protein electrophoresis, and hematuria immune fixation electrophoresis were assessed to evaluate the curative effect of autologous transplantation,7 patients reached CR (77.8%),2 patients reached VGPR (22.2%). Among them, 5 cases of patients before and after transplantation were CR; 2 patients before transplantation for VGPR, after transplantation to CR; 2 patients before and after transplantation were VGPR.Conclusion:For MM patients, APBSCT is safe and effective. To achieve a good state of remission before transplantation directly affect the rate of remission after transplantation,After transplantation, they need a long-term Velcade+dexamethasone maintenance therapy to prolong PFS, OS. |
