"Fuzhengbutu" Acupuncture Therapy For Patients With Flaccid Paralysis Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy for patients with flaccid paralysis of ischemic stroke, so that the treatment of flaccid paralysis patients after ischemic stroke can seek a safe and effective treatment.Methods:After ischemic stroke flaccid 110 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 55 cases,55 cases in the control group. And the control group received rehabilitation training, another group get the "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group treatment. The entire course is two weeks. During treatment, the treatment group off 4 patients in the control group shedding six cases that eventually included patients meet the conditions of this study a total of 100 cases,51 cases of treatment group and control group of 49 patients. After two weeks of treatment, respectively for patients Brunnstrom six-stage classification, improved limb Fugl-Meyer motor score, Modified Barthel Index rating scale. Finally, the collection of these data, using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis, comparison between the two therapies.Results:(1)The treatment group and the control group hemiplegia lower limb Brunnstrom six-stage classification, the modified Fugl-Meyer scale of lower extremity motor score and total motor score, Modified Barthel Index points were improved after treatment. And compared with previous treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the treatment group hemiplegia lower limb flaccid paralysis of duration, Brunnstrom six-stage classification, the modified Fugl-Meyer scale of lower extremity motor score, total motor score, and modified Barthel index points compared with the control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:(1) Based on the lower limbs treatment Brunnstrom six-stage classification, the modified Fugl-Meyer scale of lower extremity motor score, total motor score, and the Modified Barthel Index Points for statistical analysis, can prove the "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training on the lack of treatment after the bloody stroke flaccid state has a good effect, in the meantime the effect was better than rehabilitation training.(2)The "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy can not only significantly improve patients’ muscle strength and muscle tension, but also shorten recovery time and induce the emergence of separatist movements as soon as possible. At the same time, it can reduce spasticity "misuse syndrome" is formed.(3)The "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy no significant adverse reactions, the treatment of Ischemic stroke in patients with flaccid paralysis safe and effective.
