Effects Of YIqi Huoxue Fang On Hs-CRP And TNF-α In Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Unstable Angina Pectoris Patients

Objective:Observed yiqi huoxue fang to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease (Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart diseases, CHD), Unstable Angina Pectoris (UAP) in patients with therapeutic effect;To study the efficacy of yiqi huoxue fang treatment of UAP clinical and the correlation of hypersensitive Creactive protein(hs-CRP) concentration, concentration of Tumor Necrosis Factor-a(TNF-a);Seeked the possible mechanisms for treatment of yiqi huoxue fang in qi deficiency blood stasis type of coronary heart disease unstable angina, provided perspectives for further clinical research for yiqi huoxue fang treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina.Methods:Choosing 60 cases included in the standard of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina,Using randomized controlled principle, it can be divided into control group and treatment group (30 cases each); The control group were treated by the standardized coronary heart disease treatment;Treatment group were based on standardization of coronary heart disease treatments with qi and reasons;Comparing two groups of ECG, Chinese medicine clinical symptoms integral, hs-CRP concentration, concentration of TNF-a changes,before and after the treatment;Using the statistical software to deal with the corresponding data and result analysis,Evaluating the clinical benefits and treatment of yiqi huoxue fang in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type of coronary heart disease unstable angina.Conclusion:1.Disease curative effect of total effective rate after treatment:The treatment group was 86.7%, control group was 63.3%,(P<0.05), statistically difference.2.ECG curative effect after treatment total effective rate:90.0% in treatment group and control group was 66.7%(P<0.05),statistically difference.3.The two groups before treatment plasma hs-CRP concentration comparable(P=0.957);The two groups after treatment plasma hs-CRP concentration compared with before treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05), statistically difference;After treatment, the treatment group than the control group of plasma particularly hs-CRP were lower(.P<0.05), with statistical differences.4.The two groups before treatment plasma TNF-a concentration comparable (P=0.059);The two groups after treatment plasma TNF-a concentration compared with before treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05), statistically difference;After treatment, the treatment group than the control group of plasma TNF-a were lower (P<0.05), with statistical differences.5.After treatment of TCM symptoms curative effect of total effective rate:the treatment group was 90.0%, control group was 70.0%, P<0.05, statistically difference.6.Two groups before treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparable (P=0.310);The two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral compared with before treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05), statistically difference;TCM symptoms after treatment, the treatment group than control group in plasma declines notably(P<0.05), with statistical differences.Conclusion:1. Curative effect in disease treatment group total effective rate, ecg curative effect of total effective rate, reduce plasma hs-CRP concentration, reduce plasma concentration of TNF-a, TCM symptoms curative effect on the total effective rate and improve TCM symptoms integral were better than the control group.2. Yiqi huoxue fang uniquing curative effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina by reducing the plasma concentration of hs-CRP and TNF-a, this may be related.3.
