Clinical Effect On Xiaorong Wenban Fang In Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Blockage And Blood Stasis Type Syndrome On Serum MMP-9、hs-CRP

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaorong Wenban Fang treating unstable angina metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels in peripheral serum blood stasis to find the possible mechanism to vulnerable plaque.Methods: In the study,collected from July 2016 to February 2017 since geriatrics inpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM University,chooses 60 cases unstable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and phlegm blockage and blood stasis)patients,were divided into treatment and control group at random.Each group had 30 cases.Both groups received normalizedtreatment in Western medicine: anti platelet aggregation,anticoagulation,anti ischemia,oral statinslipid lowering plaque.The treatment group were rendered Xiaorong Wenban Fang.The content of MMP-9 was determined by ELISA,and the test methods were strictly in accordance with the instructions.The examination of blood routine,blood lipid and hs-CRP was completed by biochemical laboratory,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine.Then observe the changes of serum lipid levels andinflammatory cytokines MMP-9,hs-CRP level,Through statistical package SPSS20.0 to establish a database for data management and analysis the final result.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);2.After treatment,the curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine,blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);3.To improve the symptoms of angina,in the treatment group,16 cases were apparentlyvalid,10 cases were effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 86.67%;in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.67%;the treatment group is better than than the control group(p=0.046 <0.05);4.The two groups in stopping and reduced rates of nitroglycerin,the treatment group was 76.7%,of which 13 patients were discontinued,reduction in 10 cases,unchanged in 7 cases;the control group was 60%,of which 5 patients were discontinued,reduction in 13 cases,unchanged in 12 cases;the treatment group was superior to the control group(p=0.03 <0.05;5.Comparison of the effects of ECG of two groups,the treatment group was 46.67%,of which 3 cases markedly effective 11 cases,invalid 16 cases;the control group was 40%,of which 2 cases markedly effective 10 cases,invalid 18 cases;p=0.56 >0.05,that between thetwo groups was not statistically significant;6.The blood lipid,say,total cholesterol,triglycerideandlow-density lipoprotein,weresignificantly ameliorated in treatment group(P<0.01;7.Prior treatment,two sets had comparability of hs-CRP and MMP-9(P>0.05);post-treatment data of the treatment groupwere decreased(P<0.01;8.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome grade was superior to that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).Effective percentage of TCM:the former was 90.0%,while the latter was80.0%;9.Safety comparison: there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with general treatment,Xiaorong Wenban Fangcombined withLipitorcan lower blood lipidand effectively polish up MMP-9 and hs-CRP indicators.said Xiaorong Wenban Fang has better efficacy,lessuntoward effect,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
